The Green Bay Packers have made a surprising move, re-signing veteran linebacker De'Vondre Campbell to a team-friendly contract, sources told ESPN. The 31-year-old returns to bolster a defensive unit in need of leadership.
Campbell inked a one-year, $5 million deal, a bargain compared to his previous $21 million, three-year contract, reflecting his desire to prioritize staying in Green Bay. The agreement runs through 2026.
