NFL analysts aren't holding back either. ESPN's Marcus Spears stated bluntly: “It’s year nine. Leadership is action, not repetition.” The sentiment was echoed by other former players, who questioned if the Cowboys’ locker room still rallies behind Prescott’s voice or has grown numb to it.
